BulkBay is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and wholesale sellers. BulkBay is not the direct seller of listed goods, does not take ownership of inventory, and does not guarantee product quality, seller performance, or delivery timelines.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use BulkBay to engage in fraud, deception, harassment, or illegal activity.

You may not post false listings, impersonate another person or business, scrape or misuse platform data, or interfere with the security and operation of the platform.

5. Orders and Transactions

Product listings, prices, stock availability, and delivery terms are set by each seller.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming order details before payment, including quantity, quality expectations, logistics terms, and return conditions.

6. Payments

Payments may be made directly to sellers or through third-party processors. BulkBay does not guarantee, insure, or reverse payments sent outside supported channels.

Always verify payment details before transferring funds.

7. Disputes Between Users

Buyers and sellers are primarily responsible for resolving transaction disputes. BulkBay may offer non-binding support and mediation, but we do not act as a court, arbitrator, or guarantor of outcomes.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, abuse other users, or create legal, security, or reputational risk for the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BulkBay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or data, arising from user-to-user transactions.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BulkBay after updates means you accept the revised terms.
